Impact of DNA Sequence and Structure on Polyelectrolyte Complex Micelle Morphology
All samples prescribing to the publication: Impact of DNA Sequence and Structure on Polyelectrolyte Complex Micelle Morphology
Experimental descriptionSAXS measurements were taken at beamline 4-2 of the Stanford Synchrotron Radiation Lightsource (SSRL) at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory, beamline 12-ID-B of the Advanced Photon Source (APS) at Argonne National Laboratory, beamline 7A at Cornell High Energy Synchroton Source (CHESS and on a SAXSLab Ganesha instrument in the Texas Materials Institute at the University of Texas at Austin.
File descriptionFiles are split into 4 directories: sequence-dependence, hairpin, single-tailed-duplex, double-tailed-duplex. The subdirectory 5K50 represents DNA PCM samples with PEG(5k)-pLys(50), and the subdirectory 10k100 represents DNA samples with PEG(10k)-pLys(100). Files outside of the subdirectories represent files either excluded low-q power law calculations and replicated samples for high-q diffraction peak presence.
